Tees Valley Arts is a charity that supports people to live creative lives. They have been working at the intersection of community and the arts for over 40 years. They are the only organisation committed to working across all five boroughs of the Tees Valley and across all art forms. Over the last 6 years they have developed a reputation for excellence in co-curating with communities leading to their recognition as an NPO in the most recent round of Arts Council funding. In recent years they have delivered co-curated programmes on behalf of TVCA, Middlesbrough Council, National Lottery Heritage Fund and Historic England. They are currently delivering the Redcar Palace project, establishing a new arts centre on the Redcar seafront on behalf of Redcar Council. There is a changing programme of exhibitions and events throughout the year.
