Anja Stracey

I've painted and sketched most of my life but only seriously for the last 25 years. I work in oils, watercolour, graphite and acrylic. My subjects are varied, from wildlife to landscapes, portraits (human or pets), to abstracted flora. hand drawn mandalas designed for colouring in by people in care homes.

When covid-19 has become manageable I look forward to teaching small groups of people (max 3) who have been told they are rubbish at creating art by not so well meaning people in their young lives. I believe that everyone has an understanding of what their world looks like and a need to express that artistically.
