Painter, printmaker and artist bookbinder living and working in West Wales.
I usually paint in oil in a realistic style.
Subject matter includes seaweed, wild flowers and rusting chains as well as the local welsh landscape.
I work across a range of media using paint and printmaking (mainly silkscreen and occasionally lino cut)
Tunnel books use collage, print as well as hand painted sections to depict scenes enclosed in 3 dimensional structures depicting real and imaginary scenes. Each piece is unique, varying in size between the size of a film slide (5cm square) to 25cm high.
