It was over 45 years ago when Alison Bolton realised that there was a need for a sociable art group where people could meet together to learn about art, share ideas, view each others works and watch presentations from professional artists and tutors far and wide.
Our objectives are still the same as an Art Society we do not require any standard of art knowledge, we will cater for all abilities to share on a collective basis, artistic styles, techniques, mediums and even art history.
We meet every 2nd Friday from 2.30pm - 4.30 pm at Lymington Community Centre where professional artists will demonstrate their craft. Pop in and join this friendly group.
Visitors are charged a small fee of £5.
