Jacqui Dobbs

With a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, Jacqui Dodds creates innovative prints that explore materiality, the essence of place and the layers of history embedded within landscape and architecture.

An elected Associate Member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists (RBSA), Jacqui is also a member of the Printmakers Council London, the Regional Print Centre in Wrexham and Leicester Print Workshop. Her practice extends beyond the studio into significant public‑facing projects funded by Arts Council England and Shropshire Council, including work for Shrewsbury Museum & Art Gallery, touring exhibitions and commemorative First World War shows. In 2016, she presented Reveal, Conceal, a screen‑print series inspired by the distinctive architecture of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Jacqui is also an experienced educator, teaching workshops nationally and locally — including at Westhope College — where she shares her expertise across museums, heritage venues and creative learning environments.
